Spiced And Fried Chunks Of Beef is a special Javanese cooking, it called “Empal”
The word empal means Chunks with spiced

Materials :
- meat 0.5 kgs
- vegetable oil 0.5 cups

Spices :
- candlenut 2 cloves
- coriander 1 tea spoon
- onion 4 cloves
- garlic 2 cloves
- red pepper 2 cloves
- galangale 1 granule
- tamarind water 1 spoon
- salt 1 tea spoon

Cooking Direction :

- Cleans meat and slices widely.
- Pound finely spices and combaine with meat
- Boils it with half cups of water. Add water until meat to be soft
- Fried meat up to be brown colored. The Spicy Empal ready for serving.
