- chili 12 cloves
- coconut milk 300 ml
- vegetable oil 4 spoons
- onion 8 cloves
- garlic 2 cloves
- ground pepper ½ tea spoon
- turmeric 2 cloves
- ginger 1 clove
- the galangale 1 clove
- tamarind water 1 tea spoon
- sugar palm 1 tea spoon
- salt as your desire
Cooking Directions :
